Paulomi is a textile jewellery designer and the face behind Handmade by Tinni.
Born and brought up in India, Paulomi met her husband in 2004 and subsequently moved to London to begin a new chapter. While still employed full time as a senior buyer, she launched her own creative business in 2020, drawing inspiration from the bright colours of nature, the amazing places she has travelled to over the years and, most importantly, from the rich heritage of India. Handmade by Tinni is a sustainable modern textile design brand that creates unique wearable art especially for colour lovers, fashion non-conformists and customers who love to receive memorable and meaningful handmade jewellery.
Being a solopreneur involves wearing multiple hats to make your business successful and viable. Paulomi’s creative skills, combined with her sales and marketing background, helped her to plan a sound business strategy and she has been adaptive to the changing business scene and able to drive sales and growth from social media over the past 2 years.
