Mandy Errington is a Suffolk-born entrepreneur and well-respected businesswoman who has worked within the retail and marketing fields for over thirty years. After her varied career path, mainly working for several high-profile creative agencies, she eventually started working for a large regional Co-operative Society heading up their advertising department. After a succession of promotions, she was appointed as Head of Marketing for the organisation and held this post for several years.
In 2012 Mandy set out to launch her inspiring fashion boutique. DJV Boutique is now well established and attracts shoppers both locally and further afield. In 2020 DJV was named one of Small Business Saturday's recognised SmallBiz100. Following this Mandy was selected as one of f:entrepreneur's #ialso100 in 2021; one of the UK's most influential female entrepreneurs.
To date Mandy has gained a series of accolades and attracted media attention including representing the retail sector on BBC and ITV News along with interviews and publicity in The Guardian and many other national publications.
Mandy has also mentored young people to pass on her wealth of knowledge and expertise. She's also a director for the East of England Co-op, overseeing governance, policy and strategy as one of sixteen directors.
Her day-to-day role is to ensure that DJV Boutique stays relevant and on the map! Mandy continues her mentoring by sharing her insight and experience to others and acts a consultant to start-ups and medium enterprises.
