Simona Fynn is an events coordinator that went from event planner to entrepreneur and full time cook! During the pandemic she was able to start a business that she had been dreaming of launching for almost six years. As the founder of Fudien, a Ghanaian takeaway, Simona aims to bring people together through the love of good African food.
As an Afro-Italian she has always wanted to stay connected to her Ghanaian roots and thought that launching her takeaway business was the perfect way of doing so. In the future Simona hopes to eventually incorporate her Italian background into the dishes she loves and create a fusion experience for her customers.
