Heerum Fleary is the founder of TickEat & Innoveat, a very niche business consultancy which provides support to food and beverage brands who wish to acquire their products into travel and leisure.
After twelve years as a procurement professional, Heerum combined her buying skills with her industry knowledge and founded Innoveat in 2016. It has since grown to be the UK's largest marketplace.
Heerum has always been passionate about helping others and it was this passion that inspired her to do something to support SME's in the food and beverage industry. Over the years Innoveat has helped an immense number of household brands become what they are today.
Through supporting new start-ups over the last three years Heerum now also works with the Virgin Start Up team as a mentor for the food and beverage brands, giving hours of her time each month up to three brands per year. She also keeps busy and active within the industry as a judge for Great Taste Awards, Food & Drink Entrepreneurs and Nourish Awards.
Being a mother to four young boys also keeps her busy, but she would not have it any other way.
Heerum is currently developing new products and ideas to bring to the food and beverage industry and is working on her new business which will provide a further solution for buyers.
