Bhasker Patel is an actor known for his roles in the 2004 Thunderbirds movie, Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom, Dr Who and, most recently, Rishi Sharma in ITV's soap Emmerdale.
Born in Kampala, Uganda, Bhasker grew up in Gujarat, India and relocated to the UK when he was just 17 years old. He spent most of his early professional life in London, where he trained as an actor and was involved in a number of theatre, television, radio and film productions.
