Born and raised in India and now based in UK, Minoti is passionate about people, helping them tick and creating engaging experiences.
Minoti is a highly accomplished entrepreneur and public speaker with over 15 years of international experience. She has facilitated more than 1600 corporate conferences, seminars and events across 25 countries. She has delivered events for over 150 Multinational organisations like Hyundai, Apple, Unilever, Vodafone, Samsung, Microsoft etc.
Through her award-winning business TPL Experiences, Minoti helps individuals feel confident and happy in their workplace through personalised team building and people skills training workshops. The programs she delivers aim to improve the confidence and wellbeing of teams.
In her role as a Master of Ceremonies, Minoti has shared the stage with world leaders such as the Prime Minister of India- Mr Narendra Modi, Business leaders- Ratan Tata, Laxmi Mittal, sports legends- Sachin Tendulkar to name a few.
In her role as a Sports Presenter, Minoti presented the National Motor Biking Championship on the biggest sports channel in India- Star Sports for seven years. Being the only female on the sports tracks and probably the first female presenter of a very male dominated sport, she has elevated the cultural norms of the motor sports industry in India.
